Recruitment service of Life Line Overseas Pvt Ltd involves and completes in below 8 steps which are also in a way the standard procedures set by the Government of Nepal.

Step 1:

Getting inquiry from the company regarding its current requirements, and showcasing CVs of potential applicants from our database.

Step 2:

Signing Standard Recruitment Service Agreement with the Company.

Step 3:  

Getting the formal Demand Letter from the Company which shall be attested by the concerned authorities such as Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Embassy of Nepal.

Step 4: 

Getting Pre-Permission of Demand Letter and publishing in the national daily newspaper (as a part of the mandatory rule of Labor Department, Nepal)

Step 5: 

Lining up applicants for interview by the delegates of the company (face-to-face interview, Skype™, or telephonic interview) and getting offer letters of selected applicants

Step 6: 

Sending the complete documents of applicants i.e.; Medical Fitness Certificates, Police Clearance Certificate, Signed Job Offer Letter & Passport Copies to the Company for processing visa

Step 7: 

Getting the visas from Company and processing for Labor Clearance/Final Approval from the Department of  Foreign Employment.

Step 8: 

Notifying the company regarding labor clearance and requesting the joining air-ticket of applicants and mobilizing them.
